Conventional dogma that includes self-limiting belief systems such as “either you have it or you don’t” or “you can’t teach talent” come into question in the incredible work of Daniel Coyle and his book – The Talent Code.
Clearly this guy (Author: Daniel Coyle) is Sensei Skill!

Wow! I saw you mentioning this book a while back on Facebook, but i guess it was not the right time for me. Konstantin absolutely has no time to read, so I am the one who provides him with a verbal, power point presentation on everything I read that is worthwhile. I finally made time to read “The Talent Code” and although I am only half way through I LOVE this book. Besides being a great fun and easy read – it is an eye opener! A must read for every coach, teacher, instructor and most definitely every parent! Thank you Paul, and please keep on with your blog!

Elena – I realize how lucky I am to have Konstantin as my MMA coach. The book talks about “inspirational coaches” that ignite passion and motivation in talent hot beds around the world…clearly Konstantin Salivanov (powerhousekickboxing.com) has a gift and is a rare individual…with a gift. So don’t thank me, I thank you…you lend him out to us all. Keep well, P
